For Violations of Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks

If you violate any of the statements of these Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks, you may be denied the use of the Scroo-G platform in any way, including both the Scroo-G Web3 App and the Scroo-G Telegram Mini App. Your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently blocked. As a result, you will partially or fully lose access to the functionality of the entire Scroo-G platform, including the ability to receive any rewards or incentives both in the Scroo-G Web3 App and the Scroo-G Telegram Mini App. By accepting the Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks, you understand and agree that in case of violations, you may lose all opportunities and prospects provided by the Scroo-G platform without the right for compensation of any kind. You also agree that any suspension or complete account blocking may occur without prior notice, and we do not bear any responsibility to you or any third party for any such suspension or complete blocking.
2. For Risks of Losing All User Funds and Assets
By using the Scroo-G platform, you acknowledge that cryptocurrencies, various tokens including USDT and NFT, and any other digital assets, including a potential token of the Scroo-G platform, are highly volatile – their market value is unpredictable and can fluctuate widely over different periods, sometimes without prior forecasts (fluctuations can be observed for long periods or within a single day, hour, minute, etc.). Moreover, their market value can drop to zero, or they may disappear entirely from the global ecosystem or be banned by law.
Given the above, you fully understand and acknowledge the high risks of losing all funds (or other assets) you have spent on purchasing or acquiring cryptocurrencies, various tokens including USDT and NFT, and any other digital assets, including the potential token of the Scroo-G platform. You also fully understand and acknowledge the risks of total loss of value of all assets obtained through the use of Scroo-G. You understand and agree that you are not insured against losses and/or complete loss of funds and other assets, including their value loss, when using Scroo-G in relation to interactions with cryptocurrencies, various tokens including USDT and NFT, and other digital assets, as well as the potential token of the Scroo-G platform.
You confirm and guarantee that you do not intend to make any claims against Scroo-G in case of any loss or damage incurred while using Scroo-G for any reason. You confirm and guarantee that you do not conduct transactions exceeding your financial capabilities, including not using credit or other borrowed funds in any form on the Scroo-G platform, as well as on DEX (decentralized exchanges), marketplaces, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment systems, or through various intermediaries for use on Scroo-G. You confirm and guarantee that you do not use Scroo-G without proper knowledge and personal experience in interacting with Blockchain-based products and products on Telegram.
3. For Users' Overestimated Expectations Not Backed by Official Scroo-G Statements
The Scroo-G platform officially states that we have limited liability and do not make any promises/guarantees regarding any potential benefits. Points earned as EGGS in the Telegram Mini App are merely virtual points. EGGS are virtual in-game "tokens" with no real value. We do not guarantee or promise that they will ever be favorably converted (or converted at all) into cryptocurrency tokens. We do not guarantee or promise that EGGS/Scroo-G tokens will ever have any real value. We do not guarantee or promise that these tokens will be listed on exchanges and that you will be able to exchange them for USDT, etc.
4. For Risks of Using the Scroo-G Platform
By using the Scroo-G platform, including both the Scroo-G Web3 App and the Scroo-G Telegram Mini App, you fully understand and solely assume all responsibility and risks for any damage and losses associated with such use. You also acknowledge that Scroo-G does not promise or guarantee you any form of benefit.
Scroo-G does not take responsibility for any losses or damage, including the loss of any funds and assets of any amount and kind, which may arise for any reason due to or in connection with your use of Scroo-G, cryptocurrencies, various tokens including USDT and NFT, and other digital assets, including a potential token of the Scroo-G platform, and Blockchain and Telegram-based products in any form and expectations for a specific result from the mentioned actions. This also applies to all third-party services, including DEX, cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, payment services, etc.
By using the Scroo-G platform, including both the Scroo-G Web3 App and the Scroo-G Telegram Mini App, as well as cryptocurrencies, various tokens including USDT and NFT, and other digital assets, including the potential token of the Scroo-G platform, and Blockchain and Telegram-based products in any form, you fully understand and accept that Scroo-G (including the entire platform team) does not take responsibility for any operations users conduct on the Scroo-G platform or outside it, and you voluntarily agree to bear sole responsibility for all risks that may arise in connection with conducting any operations on the Scroo-G platform or outside it, including buying/selling, receiving, minting, and exchanging, related to cryptocurrencies, various tokens including USDT and NFT, and other digital assets, as well as the potential Scroo-G token, and Blockchain and Telegram-based products in any form.
All the above applies to any user operations on the Scroo-G platform, including operations with the proprietary token of the Scroo-G platform in case it appears in subsequent development stages of the platform.
