Dear User (hereinafter referred to as "you," "your," "yours," etc., or "User"), welcome to the entertainment GameFi/SocialFi/NFT platform Scroo-G, which currently includes the official website https://scroo-g.com and its subdomains, the Web3 application https://app.scroo-g.com, and the Telegram Mini App https://t.me/scroo_g_bot, as well as affiliated Scroo-G sites and social media pages (hereinafter referred to as "Scroo-G" or "we," "us," "ours," etc.)!

Before using Scroo-G, PLEASE be sure to read this and other documents on the official website https://scroo-g.com. By using Scroo-G, you AUTOMATICALLY agree to this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. This also means that you are fully familiar with and agree to our DISCLAIMER.

The original Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks are written in English. In case of discrepancies in translation with versions in other languages, English version shall always be the priority and the only correct one.

Scroo-G concept

Scroo-G is Blockchain backed entertainment platform, currently featuring a Web3 App in SocialFi and Event2Earn (E2E/participate in events and earn rewards) genres and a GameFi Telegram Mini App. Other products in various categories might be added in the future. Thus, Scroo-G currently combines GameFi, SocialFi, and NFT sectors, offering Users a variety of entertainment options.

Web3 App Scroo-G

The concept of the Web3 App Scroo-G is based on a competitive element — players (Duelists) engage in Battles with each other, with the potential to earn rewards in blockchain tokens like USDT (and Scroo-G platform's tokens in the future) for themselves and their supporters (Beholders).

Duelists can use their non-fungible tokens (NFTs), various images, videos, live streams, multiple files, etc., to participate in Battles. Technically, even a Battle between opponents who neither display nor stream anything is possible. The Battle winner is determined by means of voting among all Beholders who express their votes in the form of blockchain tokens such as USDT (or Scroo-G platform's tokens in the future). Detailed rules are described in the relevant section below.

Telegram Mini App Scroo-G

The concept of Scroo-G Telegram Mini App is based on Users playing mini-games directly within the Telegram bot, earning rewards in the form of in-game points called EGGS. The User completes various tasks and plays games to receive these virtual rewards. In the future, subject to certain conditions and at Scroo-G's own discretion, the in-game points EGGS may be converted into Scroo-G platform tokens under platform's terms.

Concept of These Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks

Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks constitute a legal and informational agreement between the User and Scroo-G. Its purpose is to regulate the rules of access and use of Scroo-G and all other websites, applications, Telegram bots, and social media that may be related to us in any way. Moreover, it is a set of regulations concerning our collection of User information on Scroo-G and official social networks, as well as our actions with this information and ways of maintaining and protecting it. Above all, Scroo-G aims to ensure an adequate level of privacy protection for individuals and compliance with laws, principles, and rules applicable to the confidentiality of Users' personal data.

You may use our services and features only after you read these Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks and accept them by signing this document via your cryptocurrency wallet during registration/initial authorization in the Web3 App Scroo-G. By signing, you confirm that you have carefully read and fully agree to comply with the rules, standards, and prohibitions outlined in this document. If for any reason you do not agree with at least one statement of the Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks, you should not sign this document and, consequently, will not be able to use any of Scroo-G's services. Similar conditions apply to the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, but without a wallet signature — by launching https://t.me/scroo_g_bot, you automatically agree to comply with the rules, standards, and prohibitions outlined in this document. Furthermore, by launching the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, you directly agree to Telegram's rules for Telegram Mini Apps. You should not launch the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G if you do not agree with any part of this document

Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks may be changed or supplemented by us at any time at our sole discretion. Each time any changes appear in this document, Web3 App Users will automatically be prompted to review the current version and, if they agree, to sign it using their crypto wallet. Telegram Mini App Scroo-G Users must periodically check the Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks for updates (the date of the last update is indicated at the end of this document) — by continuing to use the Telegram Mini App, the User automatically agrees to the updated version of the document. In case of disagreement, further use of Scroo-G will be impossible, but your reward in the Web3 App Scroo-G (if you have won as a Duelist or Beholder, performing operations according to the previous version of the Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks) will still be automatically sent to your wallet. As for the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, all your in-game points EGGS, as well as all functions, opportunities, and possible balances in the app, may be frozen/zeroed out, together with your account

You can cancel your agreement with the current Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks at any time by sending us an email to the address specified in the "Contact Information" section. By refusing to comply with the Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks, you lose the right to use any of our services and features on the Scroo-G platform, including both the Web3 App Scroo-G and the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G. If you have any questions regarding any operations you have carried out on Scroo-G or with third-party specialized exchanges, exchangers, payment systems, or other services, any query you submit may be ignored.

Account Registration

Account registration in the Web3 App Scroo-G is necessary for the User to access all the features and services we offer.

To do this, the User must connect their cryptocurrency wallet to the Web3 App Scroo-G using the Wallet Connect or TON Connect protocol. After registration, the User is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account by third parties. Scroo-G does not accept any responsibility for any losses the User may incur due to third-party use of their account, including loss of access to the account.

Please note that Wallet Connect and TON Connect are governed by their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as is any wallet you connect to the Web3 App Scroo-G through Wallet Connect and TON Connect. We strongly recommend adhering to the rules of the resources you use.

As for the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, no registration is required — you simply start playing under your Telegram account. Thus, your Telegram account is automatically linked to your Telegram Mini App Scroo-G account.

Regulations for Using Scroo-G: Prohibitions and Responsibilities

Scroo-G follows a specific regulation that determines whether the User can be granted or denied access to our services and any functionalities. The User is solely responsible for adhering to this regulation. Scroo-G does not undertake to verify each User's compliance with the regulations, including the prohibitions listed below. However, if we detect violations of the regulations, the User may be denied access to the services and functionalities without any compensation.

Accessing official resources and using the Scroo-G platform, including Web3 App Scroo-G and Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, is prohibited for individuals who are non-adults (according to the laws of their country of citizenship or residence) and are under 18 years old. By accessing official resources and using the Scroo-G platform, including the Web3 App Scroo-G and Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, the User confirms that they do not violate these age restrictions.
Accessing official resources and using the Scroo-G platform, including the Web3 App Scroo-G and Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, as well as disseminating any information about it, is prohibited in countries and jurisdictions where Blockchain technology products, Telegram products, and the nature of Scroo-G's activities and services are directly or indirectly contrary to certain legal norms and/or may result in registration requirements within such a jurisdiction or country. As a result, the User confirms and guarantees that they are not a citizen or resident of a country whose legal norms in any way prohibit the access and use of such websites and web applications, including those that apply Blockchain technology (hereinafter referred to as "Prohibited Countries") and Telegram products. Among other things, the User confirms and guarantees that they are not a citizen or resident of:

The United States of America (as stated below).
Any other countries whose legal norms provide for prohibitions or restrictions (including indirect ones) on accessing and using internet sites and web applications of this nature, including those that apply Blockchain technology in their activities and services (hereinafter referred to as "Prohibited Countries") and Telegram products.
Countries where any international sanctions apply, including prohibitions on advertising services or disseminating certain information.

If you have citizenship, tax residency, or permanent or temporary residence in the United States of America and/or other Prohibited Countries mentioned above, you are not allowed to be a User or a visitor to the Scroo-G platform, including the Web3 App Scroo-G and Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, and should not disseminate information about it either directly or indirectly. Thus, if you have citizenship, tax residency, temporarily or permanently reside in the USA or other Prohibited Countries, we strongly urge you to immediately leave the official resources and the Scroo-G platform, including the Web3 App Scroo-G and the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, and to refrain from visiting and using it in the future, as well as from disseminating information about it in any way — either independently or with the help of any intermediaries.

If, despite the above prohibitions, you visit and use the Scroo-G platform, including Web3 App and Telegram Mini App, or disseminate information about it, you are solely and fully responsible for complying with the laws of your country to the extent applicable to you. We once again urge you to fully and strictly comply with the Terms of Use, Conditions and Risks, as well as any international and directly applicable legal standards, requirements, and restrictions.

User Actions on Scroo-G: Prohibitions and Restrictions

It is prohibited to access official resources and use the Scroo-G platform, including the Web3 App Scroo-G and the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, for any purposes that do not align with its direct purpose. Among other things, you must not use these products for commercial purposes unless you have direct legal agreement with Scroo-G.

Prohibited actions related to the resources and platform Scroo-G, including the Web3 App Scroo-G and the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G, include but are not limited to the following:

Any illegal use of Scroo-G and its content —c opying any type of content, creating analogs, compilations, or catalogs without the direct written permission from Scroo-G. Also, copying or adapting Scroo-G software, including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
Using Scroo-G and/or its content in any form for any commercial enterprise to generate revenue or any other benefit. Also, removing copyright or other proprietary notices from any content present on or obtained from Scroo-G.
Any illegal acquisition of User personal data, including their names, address, mnemonic phrase from a cryptocurrency wallet, email address and password, Telegram account, or any other confidential information for any purpose and by any means, such as through user chat correspondence for fraud, etc.
Any insults, disputes, including on political and religious topics, when communicating with Users in official chats or other places that allow communication. Also, in communication places, it is necessary to strictly follow the rules published there (they may change over time).
Any attempts to mislead Users of Scroo-G or the team by impersonating another User or official representative of Scroo-G.
Using robotic means to perform any operations in Scroo-G.
Using Scroo-G on your behalf for advertising or offering to sell various goods and services, including selling or otherwise transferring your personal account to any third party.
Intentionally exploiting technical or technological errors, bugs, failures, vulnerabilities, and other defects that may be present in Scroo-G for personal gain. In case of discovering any such deficiencies, the User must immediately contact Scroo-G representatives and report it.
Uploading, transmitting (or attempting to do so) any file viruses or other malicious products that can interfere with the uninterrupted use of Scroo-G or in any way alter, degrade, disrupt any functions related to the operation or maintenance of Scroo-G.
Uploading, transmitting (or attempting to do so) any materials related to active or passive mechanisms of collecting or transmitting information, including among others such formats as GIF graphics, 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookie files, and any other similar tools, also known as "spyware," "passive collection mechanisms" or "PCM," etc.
Any threats, including among others intimidation or harassment of Users, employees, or agents of Scroo-G, as well as any insults or harm to the listed persons in any form or degree.
Any interference with the functions of Scroo-G (including disabling or bypassing them), related to ensuring security, including functions that protect against copying any content presented on Scroo-G.
Any unauthorized (without direct agreement or permission from Scroo-G) posting of links.
Any interference with the operation of Scroo-G to create any type of problems that hinder its normal functioning or aim to partially/fully disable it, including creating excessive load on Scroo-G or the servers it uses, among other things.
Causing direct or indirect damage to the Scroo-G platform and/or its team in any form. We determine and evaluate the extent of the damage independently at our own discretion; using Scroo-G in any way that contradicts any applicable legal norms or rules.
Any misleading of the Scroo-G team or our support service/other agents/employees (or attempting to do so), including sending knowingly false information, such as about abuse or wrongful actions by certain individuals; using any automated mechanisms, including scripts for sending any kind of messages, as well as using services/scripts/robots or other similar tools for intellectual analysis, data collection, and extraction.
Creating, using, or distributing any automated systems, fraudulent utilities, parsers, scripts, or autonomous readers, among other things, that facilitate illegal/unauthorized access to any content of Scroo-G.
Any decryption, decompilation, disassembly, or reverse engineering of any software that is in any way part of Scroo-G; bypassing, as well as attempting to bypass, any security mechanisms of Scroo-G that prevent or restrict access to any part of Scroo-G.
Performing any actions in Scroo-G related to financing terrorism, money laundering, organizing and conducting illegal gambling, among other things, and actions that in any way violate international legal norms and the laws of your country of residence and/or citizenship.

ATTENTION: IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE REGULATIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE, CONDITIONS AND RISKS, YOU MAY BE DENIED ANY USE OF THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, INCLUDING BOTH WEB3 APP SCROO-G AND TELEGRAM MINI APP SCROO-G, AND YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED OR PERMANENTLY BLOCKED. AS A RESULT, YOU WILL PARTIALLY OR FULLY LOSE ACCESS TO ALL FUNCTIONS OF THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, INCLUDING THE ABILITY TO RECEIVE ANY REWARD OR INCENTIVE IN BOTH WEB3 APP SCROO-G AND TELEGRAM MINI APP SCROO-G. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS OF USE, CONDITIONS AND RISKS, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT VIOLATION OF THE REGULATIONS MAY DEPRIVE YOU OF ALL OPPORTUNITIES AND PROSPECTS PROVIDED BY THE SCROO-G PLATFORM WITHOUT THE RIGHT FOR COMPENSATION IN ANY FORM. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT ANY SUSPENSION OR FULL BLOCKING OF YOUR ACCOUNT MAY OCCUR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR SUCH SUSPENSION OR BLOCKING.

Operations with NFT, Cryptocurrencies, Tokens, and Other Digital Assets on the Scroo-G Platform in General. NFT and Their Use in the Web3 App Scroo-G.

Scroo-G reserves the right to use cryptocurrencies, tokens (including USDT), non-fungible tokens (NFT), any other digital assets, including Scroo-G's own tokens, as well as decentralized exchanges (DEX), traditional crypto exchanges, marketplaces, crypto wallets, and third-party payment services in its work.

The Web3 App Scroo-G uses NFT tokens, which are converted digital files stored on the blockchain. In the Web3 App Scroo-G, you use already created NFT tokens — those you have minted yourself on third-party platforms or purchased/received on third-party marketplaces. The Telegram Mini App Scroo-G may also use wallets/cryptocurrencies/tokens, etc., in the following stages of development.

If you decide to mint/buy/sell/exchange/receive/use any digital assets, including NFT or USDT (or Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) through the Web3 App Scroo-G or Telegram Mini App Scroo-G or for use in the Web3 App Scroo-G or Telegram Mini App Scroo-G (in any way, including following a link or using application programming interfaces (API)) using DEX, marketplaces, crypto exchanges, crypto wallets, or third-party payment services, each transaction you make through these resources will require you to comply with the respective terms of these resources. Any DEX, marketplaces, crypto wallets, crypto exchanges, and third-party payment services are not controlled by Scroo-G.

You understand and agree that you use DEX, marketplaces, crypto wallets, crypto exchanges, and third-party payment services at your own risk. You confirm and guarantee that you will not make any claims against Scroo-G regarding any DEX, marketplaces, crypto wallets, crypto exchanges, and third-party payment services. Scroo-G does not bear any responsibility to the User or any third party for any losses or claims that may arise from any transactions made by the User through DEX, marketplaces, crypto wallets, crypto exchanges, and third-party payment services.

You acknowledge and agree that Scroo-G is not obligated to reimburse funds or other assets, including digital assets, for any incorrect or erroneous transactions or actions/operations you may perform for any reason, even if they are not related to DEX, marketplaces, crypto exchanges, crypto wallets, or third-party payment services but concern Scroo-G directly.

Any requests for compensation or reimbursement of financial or other losses in monetary or other equivalents incurred by the User when using Scroo-G are accepted or rejected by us at our own discretion. These include, among other things, the following circumstances in which the User may potentially incur losses or damages:

performing an accidental transaction, incorrect or incorrectly entered data;
failures or other technical errors that may occur in the Scroo-G Web3 App and Telegram Mini App;
fraudulent actions by third parties against the User, prohibited activities, or offenses by another User;
market price changes, including due to any manipulations by other Users that may result in unreasonable pricing;
using the Scroo-G Web3 App or Telegram Mini App and/or its functions and assets in ways that do not align with the intended purpose.

All the above also applies to any user operations with Scroo-G platform's own token, in case it appears at later stages of platform development.

Risks of Using Cryptocurrencies, Tokens, NFTs, and Other Digital Assets

By using the functionalities of the Scroo-G platform, you fully acknowledge that:

You are adequately knowledgeable about the mechanisms of interaction and have experience working with cryptocurrencies, various types of tokens, including NFTs and USDT, and other digital assets, as well as infrastructures and services based on Blockchain technology and products in Telegram;
You fully understand and agree with the risks associated with storing, buying/selling/receiving/exchanging/minting any cryptocurrencies, various types of tokens, including USDT (and Scroo-G platform tokens), and NFTs, and any other digital assets, including the potential own token of the Scroo-G platform;
You fully understand and agree that any digital asset (cryptocurrency, token, including USDT, NFT, and Scroo-G platform tokens) used on Scroo-G or beyond (e.g., on DEX) does not guarantee any profit or income in any form, including the potential own token of the Scroo-G platform;
Unless otherwise stated, you must not rent, lend, sell, transfer, distribute, or sublicense your account, as well as our services, digital elements, or assets in any form. Unless otherwise stated, you must not make our services available over the network where they can be used simultaneously on multiple devices.

BY USING THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CRYPTOCURRENCIES, VARIOUS TYPES OF TOKENS, INCLUDING USDT AND NFT, AND ANY OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL TOKEN OF THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, ARE HIGHLY VOLATILE — THEIR MARKET PRICE IS UNPREDICTABLE, AS IT CAN FLUCTUATE WIDELY OVER DIFFERENT PERIODS OF TIME EVEN WITHOUT PRIOR PREDICTIONS (FLUCTUATIONS CAN OCCUR OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, AS WELL AS WITHIN ONE DAY, HOUR, MINUTE, AND SO ON). MOREOVER, THEIR MARKET PRICE MAY DROP TO ZERO, OR THEY MAY COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR FROM THE GLOBAL ECOSYSTEM OR BE BANNED BY LEGISLATION AT ANY TIME.

BASED ON THE ABOVE, YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND RECOGNIZE THE HIGH RISKS OF LOSING ALL FUNDS (OR OTHER ASSETS) THAT YOU SPENT ON PURCHASING OR RECEIVING CRYPTOCURRENCIES, VARIOUS TYPES OF TOKENS, INCLUDING USDT AND NFT, AND ANY OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL TOKEN OF THE SCROO-G PLATFORM. YOU ALSO FULLY UNDERSTAND AND RECOGNIZE THE RISKS OF THE TOTAL VALUE LOSS OF ALL ASSETS RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF USING SCROO-G. YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESS YOUR AGREEMENT THAT YOU ARE NOT INSURED AGAINST LOSSES AND/OR THE TOTAL LOSS OF FUNDS AND OTHER ASSETS, INCLUDING THE LOSS OF THEIR VALUE, WHEN USING SCROO-G IN ASSOCIATION WITH CRYPTOCURRENCIES, VARIOUS TYPES OF TOKENS, INCLUDING USDT AND NFT, AND OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL OWN TOKEN OF THE SCROO-G PLATFORM.

YOU CONFIRM AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU DO NOT INTEND TO MAKE ANY CLAIMS AGAINST SCROO-G IN THE EVENT OF ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHEN USING SCROO-G FOR ANY REASON. YOU CONFIRM AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU DO NOT MAKE TRANSACTIONS EXCEEDING YOUR FINANCIAL CAPABILITIES, INCLUDING NOT USING CREDIT OR ANY OTHER BORROWED FUNDS IN ANY FORM FOR ANY PURPOSE ON THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, AS WELL AS ON DEX (DECENTRALIZED EXCHANGES), MARKETPLACES, CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGES, PAYMENT SYSTEMS, OR THROUGH VARIOUS INTERMEDIARIES. YOU CONFIRM AND GUARANTEE THAT YOU DO NOT USE SCROO-G WITHOUT THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IN INTERACTING WITH PRODUCTS BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTS IN TELEGRAM.

Risks Associated with Using Scroo-G

Scroo-G assumes no responsibility for any losses, damages, and claims that may arise for any reason, including but not limited to those listed below:

Any of your actions resulting in the loss of the ability to correctly and/or fully use Scroo-G. This includes, among other things, the loss of the address and/or access to the cryptocurrency wallet (including the loss of the mnemonic phrase) that you use to log into the Web3 App Scroo-G account, as well as the loss of access to your account in the Telegram messenger that you use to play in the Scroo-G Telegram Mini App, and so on.
Security issues that may arise from unauthorized access by third parties to your Scroo-G account (both in the Web3 App Scroo-G and in the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G) and other confidential information.
Technical issues on your side resulting in the loss of access to Scroo-G (both the Web3 App Scroo-G and the Telegram Mini App Scroo-G) or any related websites, software, or services. This includes the loss of authorization data in Scroo-G products due to the malfunction or complete failure of the device where you stored this data.
Issues negatively impacting the correct operation of Scroo-G or any affiliated websites, software, or services. Such issues include software damage, access to unsafe cryptographic libraries, infection of Scroo-G or any affiliated websites, software, and services with malware.
Any circumstances or situations that may directly affect you but are beyond the control of the Scroo-G team. Such circumstances include termination or failure on the service provider's side, various force majeure events, hacker or other attacks on the Scroo-G platform or the provider's network, military actions, international and domestic sanctions, fraudulent actions by third parties or Users themselves, and other factors beyond Scroo-G's control. This also includes the loss of access to third-party services, including loss of access to wallets (or their hacking) or any other data or equipment.

EXCESSIVE EXPECTATIONS NOT BACKED BY OFFICIAL STATEMENTS. THE SCROO-G PLATFORM OFFICIALLY STATES THAT WE HAVE LIMITED LIABILITY (DETAILS BELOW) AND DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PROMISES/GUARANTEES REGARDING ANY POTENTIAL BENEFIT. INCLUDING EGGS POINTS IN THE TELEGRAM MINI APP — THESE ARE SIMPLY VIRTUAL POINTS. EGGS ARE VIRTUAL IN-GAME "WRAPPERS" WITHOUT ANY REAL VALUE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE THAT THEY WILL EVER BE PROFITABLY CONVERTED (OR CONVERTED AT ALL) INTO CRYPTOCURRENCY TOKENS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE THAT EGGS/TOKENS OF SCROO-G WILL EVER HAVE ANY REAL VALUE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE THAT THESE TOKENS WILL BE LISTED ON AN EXCHANGE AND THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THEM FOR USDT, AND SO ON.

Basic General Rules for Battles and Voting in the Web3 App Scroo-G

The procedure for conducting Battles and voting is regulated by the following rules:

Only the account owner has the right to conduct a Battle as an opponent or cast their vote as a Beholder.
Creating a Battle, participating in it, and voting for another user can only be done via internet.
Users participating in Battles must be the sole verified owners of NFTs or files, images, streams, etc., that they use for the Battle.
Only a User whose account meets all conditions for conducting Battles can create a Battle.
Only a User whose account meets all conditions for conducting Battles can participate as an opponent in a Battle.
A User's vote in the Battle as a Beholder will be accepted only if the balance of their wallet connected to Scroo-G has sufficient assets to cast the vote (according to the Battle conditions).
Battle winning and voting rewards are being distributed to the User's wallet connected to the account and calculated using a special algorithm for each Battle:
Beholders who voted for the winning Duelist receive back the USDT (or Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) they voted with.
Beholders who voted for the losing Duelist lose their USDT (or Scroo-G platform tokens in the future).
Scroo-G retains a 10% platform fee from all users' votes in the Battle.
The winning Duelists receive 30% of the votes from the losing side.
The remaining votes from the losing side are divided among the winners (Beholders who voted for the winning Duelist) proportionally to their contributions during voting. The reward for Beholders who voted for the winner is calculated by the formula: (user's vote / sum of winner's votes) * (sum of loser's votes * 0.7 - (sum of all Battle votes * 0.1)).
We reserve the right to adjust or completely annul the reward amount credited to the User's wallet if we find that the User has violated the rules or regulations of the Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks.
The User cannot change, withdraw, or cancel a Battle or vote after it has been accepted by the system unless otherwise specified.
The User has access to a list of all Battles and votes they have participated in, including their current status and detailed information.
By participating in Battles and voting, you thereby confirm that you have fully read, studied, and completely agreed with the rules of Scroo-G and these Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks.
Web3 App Scroo-G does not have access to Users' assets, and the conduction of Battles is regulated by smart contracts. A single smart contract can be created for multiple Battles, a separate smart contract for each Battle, or a combination of these tools — one main smart contract for several Battles and an additional smart contract for each specific Battle. During Battles, USDT (or Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) of Users who vote are sent to the addresses of the smart contracts. USDT (or Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) are stored at the addresses of smart contracts until the Battle is completed.
After the Battle is completed, USDT (and Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) are distributed among the Users.
You fully and solely bear responsibility for the contributions you make (in USDT or Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) during voting and conducting Battles.
Rewarding for winning in a Battle as a Duelist and for winning based on voting results as a Beholder is done automatically to the User's wallet after confirming the final Battle result within the specified time using a smart contract.
Contributions are not accepted in fiat money, only in blockchain tokens USDT (and Scroo-G platform tokens in the future) used in the Web3 App Scroo-G. All accruals are also made using blockchain-based assets.

More Detailed (and Additional) Rules for Battles and Voting

To create a Battle challenge and accept it, Users must pay a commission in cryptocurrency BNB (BEP-20) on the BNB Smart Chain network or TON in The Open Network for calling the Scroo-G smart contracts and recording the wallet addresses of these Users for subsequent payouts based on the Battle results.
When creating a Battle challenge, the User must specify the start time of this Battle in the future, but no later than a week from the current date and time.
If the challenge is not accepted or rejected before the specified time, it will be deleted without compensating the User for network fees expenses for calling the Scroo-G smart contracts.
Only a User whose account meets all conditions for conducting Battles can accept a challenge for a Battle.
A Battle lasts 30 minutes after it starts. 25 minutes after the Battle starts, its end time is extended by another 5 minutes from the moment the last vote is received. If no votes are received within the last 5 minutes of the Battle, it ends.
To vote in Battles, the User must grant permission to the Scroo-G smart contracts to carry out the corresponding voting transactions. To do this, you need to call the Scroo-G smart contract with a transaction in USDT (BEP-20) tokens on the BNB Smart Chain network or USDT (TON) on The Open Network, or in Scroo-G's own tokens. This permission needs to be given once for all subsequent voting transactions.
To vote in a Battle, Users must pay a commission in cryptocurrency BNB (BEP-20) on the BNB Smart Chain network or TON in The Open Network for the USDT (BEP-20 or TON) or Scroo-G's tokens transaction to the Scroo-G smart contract address.
Users can vote in a Battle after it starts and until it ends. If the transaction is received at another time, only the corresponding network fee will be deducted from the User's wallet address, but USDT (BEP-20 or TON) or Scroo-G's tokens will not be deducted.
The User's vote participating in the Battle as a Beholder or Duelist will be accepted only if the balance of their wallet connected to Scroo-G has enough assets to complete the voting transaction.
The total amount of USDT (BEP-20 or TON) tokens or Scroo-G's own tokens that a User can vote with in one Battle is usually limited and ranges from 1 USDT token to 1,000 USDT tokens, although these limits may differ for the Scroo-G platform token.
The User cannot change, withdraw, or cancel a Battle or vote after it has been accepted by the system unless otherwise specified.
Rewarding for winning in a Battle as a Duelist and for winning based on voting results is done automatically to the User's wallet after confirming the final Battle result by a smart contract.

You fully and solely bear responsibility for the transactions you make during voting and conducting Battles.
Contributions are not accepted in fiat money, only in blockchain tokens USDT or Scroo-G's own tokens (in the future). All accruals are also made in blockchain-based assets.

Formulas, Calculations, Their Conditions, and Algorithms

The Scroo-G project is guided by the following formulas, calculations (as well as conditions and algorithms for such calculations) for conducting Battles and distributing rewards.

Rewarding for winning in a Battle and voting is done to the User's wallet connected to the account, calculated using a special reward allocation algorithm individually for each Battle:
Users who voted for the winning Duelist receive back USDT (BEP-20 or TON) or Scroo-G platform tokens they voted with.
Users who voted for the losing Duelist lose their USDT (BEP-20 or TON) or Scroo-G platform tokens.
The winning Duelists receive 30% of the votes from the losing side.
From the remaining amount of votes from the losing side, Scroo-G retains its 10% platform fee from all Users' votes in the Battle or the entire remaining amount of votes from the losing side if it's impossible to retain the commission of 10% from all Users' votes in the Battle.
The remaining votes from the losing side are divided among the winners (Users who voted for the winning Duelist) proportionally to their contributions during voting.
If there were no votes in the Battle, or only one vote, or the vote amounts for both Duelists are equal, then in such a case, all USDT (BEP-20 or TON) or Scroo-G platform tokens Users voted with are returned to them in full, and no rewards or Scroo-G platform commission are accrued or paid.
Blockchain network fees are not reimbursed.
Rewarding for winning in a Battle and voting, as well as the amount of Scroo-G platform fees, are expressed with the following formulas:

Thus, there are several specific cases of the above formula:
Case 1. When the votes for both sides are equal:

Case 2. When the level of vote superiority in favor of one of the Duelists allows retaining the platform fee from all Users' votes in the Battle:

Commissions and Other Fees in Scroo-G Web3 App and Telegram Mini App

Upon the completion of a Battle, provided it ends with one duelist's victory, Scroo-G charges a commission in blockchain tokens USDT (or in future Scroo-G platform tokens), which amounts to 10% of the total votes expressed in blockchain tokens USDT (and in future Scroo-G platform tokens) for each Battle. These fees may change as the Scroo-G project evolves.

If a Battle ends in a draw (votes expressed in USDT tokens or Scroo-G platform tokens are equally divided between duelists), Scroo-G does not charge the aforementioned fee.

As the platform develops, Scroo-G reserves the right to introduce paid or otherwise restricted access to Battles and/or other functionalities and to charge additional fees in favor of Scroo-G (in the form of cryptocurrencies, tokens, or other digital assets) in various ways.

Currently, Scroo-G Telegram Mini App does not charge any commissions, but we reserve the right to introduce any fees in the future, which will comply with Telegram's terms of use.

Additionally, Scroo-G Users may be required to pay other fees in various forms when using third-party resources (DEX, marketplaces, crypto exchanges, various payment services, among others), which are charged by these resources for their own benefit. Scroo-G has no relation to the collection of such fees.

Users also pay network fees in BNB (BEP-20) on the BNB Smart Chain network or TON in The Open Network for USDT (BEP-20 or TON) token and Scroo-G platform token transactions to the Scroo-G smart contract addresses when voting in Battles, as well as for calling the Scroo-G smart contracts to create a Battle challenge and to accept such a challenge. These fees are being charged by the BNB Smart Chain or The Open Network and are not reimbursed to Users.

Bonuses and Promotions

Scroo-G may organize any promotional campaigns, bonuses, or bonus programs at its discretion at any time. Likewise, it may cancel any promotional campaigns, bonuses, or bonus programs (including but not limited to friend referral rewards and loyalty programs) at any time with immediate effect if it is found that such campaigns, bonuses, or programs were set up incorrectly, are being abused by Users, or have simply become uninteresting/unprofitable for the Scroo-G platform. If a reward has already been credited to you in such a situation, we reserve the right to reject any of your future transactions and demand that you return the credited reward partially or in full. The decision to recognize any campaigns, bonuses, and bonus programs as incorrect and requiring cancellation is made solely by Scroo-G.

Scroo-G reserves the right to change, cancel, revoke, or refuse any promotional campaign at its discretion and without explanation.
The reward within any promotional/bonus offer can be received only once per User's cryptocurrency wallet linked to their account or their Telegram account. We reserve the right to block a User's account if any attempts or facts of fraud/abuse are discovered.
You understand and agree that each promotional, bonus, or special offer has its own terms and conditions that Users must comply with. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the terms of each such offer.
One of the conditions for participating in promotional/bonus offers may be the requirement for the User to make a contribution of a certain amount from their own cryptocurrency wallet/Scroo-G account and/or use NFT for Battle.
You understand and agree that some promotional/bonus offers may have any restrictions and/or requirements that you need to fulfill before you can participate/receive a reward. All conditions contained in promotions and bonuses are detailed and published on Scroo-G and/or our social media, and we strongly recommend that you thoroughly review them before joining such an event.

Limitation of Liability for Scroo-G Platform

We provide the Scroo-G platform to Users on an "as is" and "as available" basis — without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied..

We do not provide Users with any financial advice or recommendations, do not encourage them to invest financial or any other assets, including digital ones, anywhere, and do not promise/guarantee any profit. The information on Scroo-G is not intended for the aforementioned and any other similar purposes. Scroo-G and its affiliates do not provide financial or any other advice in any form. If you need advice in a particular area, we strongly recommend seeking qualified specialists in that area..

When performing any operations on the Scroo-G platform or beyond, including minting/buying/selling/exchanging/receiving digital assets, you do so at your own discretion and at your own risk. You affirm and guarantee that you will not make any claims or requests for compensation or indemnification of any losses to Scroo-G and its affiliates that you may incur as a result of performing any operations both on and off Scroo-G.

Under no circumstances shall Scroo-G, its entire team, directors, employees, officers, affiliates, shareholders, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, contacts, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any damages or losses, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special, or punitive damages, or losses arising from, with the intent of, or in connection with your use of Scroo-G, regardless of whether such damages or losses were foreseeable and whether the User was advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

USING THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, INCLUDING BOTH SCROO-G WEB3 APP AND TELEGRAM MINI APP, YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND SOLELY ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISKS OF DAMAGE AND LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH SUCH USE. YOU ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT SCROO-G DOES NOT PROMISE OR GUARANTEE YOU ANY BENEFIT IN ANY FORM.

SCROO-G ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING THE LOSS OF ANY FUNDS AND ASSETS IN ANY AMOUNT AND FORM, WHICH MAY OCCUR FOR ANY REASON WITH THE INTENT OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF SCROO-G, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, VARIOUS TYPES OF TOKENS, INCLUDING USDT AND NFT, AS WELL AS OTHER DIGITAL ASSETS, INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL TOKEN OF THE SCROO-G PLATFORM, AND PRODUCTS BASED ON BLOCKCHAIN AND TELEGRAM TECHNOLOGY IN ANY FORM AND EXPECTATIONS OF A SPECIFIC RESULT FROM THESE ACTIONS. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property rights are legal rights protecting works, inventions, or developments that result from intellectual labor in industrial, scientific, creative, and other fields of human activity. These include patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, among others.

You understand and acknowledge that the Scroo-G platform is the property of the project team or its licensors. Subject to these Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks, you are granted only a limited right to access and/or use Scroo-G products in accordance with the purposes for which they were created. All rights to the unique components of Scroo-G, including software, all types of content, graphic images, design elements, belong entirely to Scroo-G or its licensors.

None of the provisions of these Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks grant you any ownership rights to any unique component of Scroo-G. You understand and acknowledge that Scroo-G retains all ownership rights and interests in all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, and any other property rights to Scroo-G, software, and application programming interfaces (APIs) and all unique content present in Scroo-G.

You understand and acknowledge that our trademarks, service marks, logos, and graphics are registered (or pending registration) trademarks. You are prohibited from creating fan art (tokenized or physical), merchandise, or any similar content related to Scroo-G and its affiliated sites and projects for commercial use.

Creating fan art for your personal (non-commercial) use is allowed; however, such art must clearly indicate "Scroo-G Fan Art" and include a link to Scroo-G. We reserve the right to determine whether a product is fan art/merchandise at our discretion.

Tax Payments

As a Scroo-G User, including both Scroo-G Web3 App and Telegram Mini App, you are solely and fully responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your activities on our resources, as well as for providing the necessary reports to the tax authorities. Scroo-G does not maintain tax records for Users and does not control whether Users comply with applicable tax rules and regulations. We strongly urge Users to follow all tax rules and regulations and to pay required taxes in full and on time.

Advertising in Scroo-G

Scroo-G may allow third-party companies to place their advertisements and other information in certain parts of Scroo-G under specific conditions.

The responsibility for the content of the advertisements placed on Scroo-G, as well as for the theme and quality of the advertised services or products, fully lies with the advertiser. We do not bear any responsibility for the quality and content of the advertisements.

Furthermore, advertisers must ensure, confirm, and guarantee that they have all the appropriate rights and authority to place advertisements on Scroo-G, including, among other things, intellectual property rights, advertising rights, and contractual rights, before offering to place advertisements. Scroo-G, in turn, only provides an opportunity for placing such advertisements and does not otherwise interact with the advertiser.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If a dispute arises regarding Scroo-G and/or these Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks, the parties (participants in the dispute) must resolve it within 7 days from the date of its occurrence. The parties agree to conduct constructive negotiations regarding the disagreement to find a rational solution that satisfies each of them.

If such a solution is not reached within the specified period, in accordance with the current Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) ("Rules") and all up-to-date amendments to this document, such a dispute may be referred to arbitration for a final decision. The arbitration hearing is held in Geneva (Switzerland). A request for a hearing is submitted in accordance with the Rules or the Terms of Use, Conditions, and Risks with notification. The arbitration hearing is conducted in English, and therefore, the judges issue oral and written decisions in the same language.

Three arbitrators are present at the hearing. If the arbitration dispute involves only two parties, each appoints one arbitrator, and the third arbitrator will be appointed by the ICC Court in accordance with the Rules. If more than two parties are involved in the arbitration, the appointment of arbitrators is carried out in accordance with Article 10 of the Rules. At the request of any party, any arbitrator who has not been appointed in a timely manner will be appointed by the ICC in accordance with the Rules. The arbitration court's decision is final and binding — each party involved in the proceedings must comply with it. No party has the right to appeal to the English courts under Section 45 of the Arbitration Act 1996 or to file an appeal on any point of law under Section 69 of the Arbitration Act 1996. Therefore, the arbitration decision is the sole and exclusive remedy between the parties to the arbitration dispute regarding any claims, counterclaims, issues, or accounts submitted to the arbitration court.

The decision on any arbitration dispute may be issued by any court that has the appropriate jurisdiction. The parties agree that the ICC Court and/or the arbitration court, at the request of any party, may consolidate or combine two or more arbitration disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement.

This agreement is governed by English law without applying conflict of law principles.
